We hope that you are truly satisfied with your purchase, however if you want to return something, please follow
the guidance below.

Returns:

Please contact us at christmastimegiftshoplimited@gmail.com with your order reference number and reason for return
and we will advise you from there. You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days, and the item must
be received by us within the following 14 days. If the item returned does not make it back to us in time, we
will require a proof of postage for a full refund to be made. Please note we cannot accept returns on anything
made specifically for you, some items of apparel or perishable items.

The item must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. It
must also be returned with the receipt or delivery note enclosed within your package. You will need to return
the item at your own cost unless specifically agreed by us.
We will refund to the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.
Please note we cannot accept returns online for items bought in store.
We may at our discretion extend the returns period, for example around Christmas.

Damages:

If the item has been damaged on its way to you, please contact us first with details of the damaged product
including the order number and ideally a photograph. Please send the information to christmastimegiftshoplimited@gmail.com and we’ll be in touch to make arrangements.

Lost Deliveries:

In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post) please contact us at
christmastimegiftshoplimited@gmail.com and we will investigate. We’ll need the order number too.

Changes to your order:

If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible at christmastimegiftshoplimited@gmail.com
before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately once the order has shipped, we can’t make any changes. Please
provide the order number in any contact with us.

Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will
expire after 14 days from the day on which you collect the order or have delivered to you. Cancellation requests
must be sent to us at christmastimegiftshoplimited@gmail.com. Please provide the order number.

If you cancel the order we will reimburse you using the same payment method you used when pacing the order. We
aim to reimburse

  • Within 14 days of when we receive back from you any good supplied, or
  • Within 14 days from when you provide evidence you have returned the goods, or
  • If no goods were supplied, within 14 days of when we were informed by you to cancel the order

We will reimburse payment for any goods and services including delivery costs, but we may make deductions
for:

  • Loss in value of any goods if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you
  • The difference if any between the least cost shipping service and the shipping service you chose

We will not reimburse your costs of returning goods to us.
